The precision boring head is designed for accurate boring of holes and face machining on milling machines. It allows for the production of precise holes with high circularity and exact dimensions, such as for bearing housings.

The set includes a boring head Ø 50 mm, shank MK4 / M16 and a total of 9 boring cutters with brazed carbide tips.

The set also includes an angle adapter that allows the head to be used as a flycutter for face milling.

The tool feed is manually adjusted using a set screw with a precision of 0.01 mm. The boring range is approximately 10–125 mm depending on the cutter used.
